Today was a better day, hubby is starting to feel better and act like his normal self. Its so hard to have someone in the family sick and be completely helpless. He got to eat a nice big spaghetti dinner so he was happy
I was a bit creative today and worked on a new layout for my tutorials, I think it is cute and cheery. I used my “All about Me” kit & had fun with it. Tomorrow I will be able to finish up transferring all of the tutorials over and that will be done!
I also weighed myself this morning (day 4 of my diet) and I LOST 5lbs WOOOOOOOOEEEEEY lol
My diet today:
Breakfast:
Tea, 1 scrambled egg with chives, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 whole wheat toast, 1 tsp non hydrogenated margarine.
Free, 1 protein, 1 fruit, 1 bread, 1 fat
Snack:
1 cup chocolate milk ![]()
1 dairy
Lunch:
3 cups house salad (romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green, red & yellow peppers, red onions), 2 1/2 oz diced ham, 2 tbsp low fat ranch dressing.
3 veggies, 1 protein, 2 fat
Snack:
1 sugar/fat free Jello chocolate pudding
1 dairy
Supper:
Pomegranate white tea,1 cup pasta, 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce (with ground beef)
Free, 2 bread (substitutes), 1 protein, 2 veggies
Snack:
1/2 cup milk, cereal, 1 banana, 1/2 cup chocolate milk
1/2 dairy, cereal, 2 fruits, 1/2 dairy
6 water
