Quick post today, usually very tired and busy when I work night shifts. SO excited about the One Love MEGA Charity for Haiti scrap kit that has just been released, I had to go purchase it right away. I mean there are 114 papers, 356 elements, 3 alphabets, 6 page templates and 1 hybrid template made by 48 designers – some of which are my favorites! Definitely 2 thumbs up to everyone involved in this kit, its AMAZING. 100% of the proceeds go towards Haiti, so go check it out please! I also had to get the new Gorjuss tubes, SO glad to have new tubes and scraps to work with- a tutorial is on its way
Diet for today:
Breakfast:
Tea, 1 boiled egg, 1 whole wheat toast, 1 tsp non hydrogenated margarine, 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries & 100 g silhouette yogurt (smoothie)
1 protein, 1 bread, 1 fat, 1 fruit, 1 dairy
Snack:
Sugar free chocolate pudding
Lunch:
1 bowl of chili, 1 toast (whole wheat), 1 tsp non hydrogenated margarine
1 protein, 2 veggies, 1 bread, 1 fat
Snack:
1 unsweetened apple sauce
1 fruit
Supper:
5 Breton crackers, 2 1/5 oz of sliced turkey, 3 cups of cucumber,tomatoe & green onion salad, 1 tsp olive oil with 2 tsp vinegar
1bread, 1 protein, 3 veggies, 1 fat, free
Snack:
Cereal, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup orange juice
cereal, 1 dairy, 1 fruit
